Returns & Exchanges

At Ranomasina, we do not accept returns for refunds.

However, we do accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.


Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@ranomasinaswimwear.com

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

unworn

unused

in their original condition

with all original tags and hygiene protection intact

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the item has been worn, damaged, washed, or returned without its original protection.


Exchange Conditions

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including the return shipping of the original item and the shipping cost for the new item.


Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative exchange where possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

change of mind

incorrect size selection

delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. customs duties, taxes, or import fees


Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ranomasinaswimwear.com , including your order number and clear photos of the item.


If your claim is approved, we will provide a suitable solution.
